Refund Policy

Ensuring Fairness in Every Transaction

As part of our commitment to transparency and fairness, iWS outlinesthe refund policy to address various scenarios. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and iWS may require documented proof to assess the reasons for the request. The refund process adheres to the following terms during the Refund Period:

Full Refund

Project Not Assigned to a Writer

• If the project has yet to be assigned to a writer within 4 hours of confirmation, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

Project Confirmed but Not Started

• If the project has been confirmed but has yet to be initiated, you can cancel within 2 hours of confirmation for a full refund.

No Refund

After Starting the Project

• No refund will be issued if the project is assigned to the writer and work is in progress or if the committed hours are released to the writer.

After Completion of the Project

• No refund will be issued once the writer has completed the paper and received the finished work. Refund requests are not applicable after receiving the complete work, but unlimited revisions based on your instructor’s feedback are provided.

Referral Offer

• The project must be confirmed as a combo (Research Proposal and Complete PhD Thesis) within the specified timeline; separate confirmations are not eligible.
• Applicable only for complete PhD thesis writing services, not for single/multiple chapters.
• Work will be dispatched per the initial commitment; any changes nullify the referral offer.
• Referrals are unlimited; there is no restriction on the number of referrals.
• iWS’s decision is final, and discounts/referral benefits are subject to change at iWS’s sole discretion.
• At iWS, we prioritize fairness and clarity in every transaction, ensuring a satisfactory experience for our clients.
