Terms and Conditions

Ensuring Clarity and Fairness in Every Interaction

Project Communication

  • After project confirmation, include ‘PROJECT CODE’ and ‘PROJECT TITLE’ in the subject line for all communication with the experts or admin team.
  • Any new addition to an existing project must include updates to the ‘PROJECT CODE’ and ‘PROJECT TITLE’. Such additions will be treated as new requirements, and additional charges may apply.

Formatting Guidelines

  • After the project discussion, specific formatting and referencing guidelines must be provided to align with your university/department standards.
  • Failure to provide guidelines initially will result in following our formatting, with any changes incurring additional charges.

Consistency in Client Instructions

  • Client instructions must remain consistent throughout the project; any changes will incur additional costs.
  • Strict adherence to word/page count after project confirmation and changes in initial requirements are considered new and non-negotiable.

Data Analysis and Changes

  • Data/book sources are analysed during the project; any changes require additional charges.
  • Minor technical replies were addressed within 24 hours; major ones were addressed within a communicated timeline.

Modification Support

  • Modifications and alterations are supported for two weeks post-delivery, with significant changes incurring additional charges.

Project Development and Queries

  • Project or concept development involves simulation and emulation, and queries must be clarified within 15 working days of delivery.
  • Implementation results are based on the built-in programming code.

Feedback and Major Modifications

  • Feedback/comments are awaited two weeks after the project file is dispatched. Major modifications after this period are considered new/additional requests.

Payment and Return Costs

  • Clients are responsible for return costs unless the project is faulty or inaccurate or if changes have been communicated.
  • Payments can be split, but full payment settlement is required for all requirements.

Client Communication

  • Clients can share views and queries only if they are the original client.
  • Selling projects or services is prohibited, and legal actions will be taken against clients who do so.
